The Human Resources Department of our educational organization coordinates and aligns staff activities, it plans and monitors effective management systems and examines all issues related to labor relations and staff satisfaction for the effective management of our employees.
In parallel, it coordinates staff Evaluation with a view to the personal improvement of each employee in relationship to their personal goals.
Great emphasis is also given to the issue of the continuous training and development of our staff. Our Organization strongly encourages this endeavor not only by organizing seminars held at the institution, but encourages staff members to participate in seminars and training sessions organized outside our institution.
The actions of the HR Department are governed by the following principles:

The Human Resources Department also manages new applications, interviews candidates who meet the position requirements and selects the most suitable candidates.
